Job details:
  • Mandatory Skills:
  •  Having 3 to 5 years of strong hands-on experience in Project Management in the IT software industry and should have overall experience upto 5 to 8 years.
  •  Possess recognized project management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  •  In-depth knowledge of Software Development methodologies and industry best practices of Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and Waterfall
  •  Experienced in standardizing, establishing, auditing and tracking engineering metrices and KPI’s across product teams.
  •  Strong analytical skills to translate data from engineering metrices and charts (burn down, sprintreport etc.) into actionable insights for process, productivity and efficiency enhancements.
  •  Proven organizational skills of owning and proactively managing impediments, issues, risk, challenges, escalations, dependencies, change management and root-cause based problem resolution by aligning corrective & preventive action.
  •  Experienced in implementing a strategically quality-conscious approach for the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices through a gap-analysis, supported by data-driven conclusions.
  •  Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence and other industry-standard tools like SharedPoint,Excel and PowerPoint.
  •  Publish various project management and status reports to businesses per established frequency
  •  Ability to optimize and automate various structured data storage formats to remove data redundancy
  •  Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team, cross-teams, internal & external stakeholders.
  •  Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

  •  Prior background of Dev/QA/BA role would be preferred.
  •  Exposure to track multiple teams and organizational initiatives.
  •  Experience in automating existing reports using Power BI reporting will be an added advantage.
  •  Experience of onshore/offshore based team collaboration, execution & tracking of engineering deliverables.
  •  Experience of interfacing and handling of international clients situated in the US and Europe region.
  •  Experience of awareness and usage of standard AI Tolls like Co-Pilot would be an added advantage.
  • Responsibilities:
  •  End-to-End project workflow visibility: Understand project lifecycle, business attribute workflow and its phases for sourcing and recording data points in standard structured format to visualize trends.
  •  Artifact Standardization & Metrics Tracking: Develop and maintain project documentation(charters, roadmaps, sprint backlogs) while tracking KPIs (e.g., velocity, cycle time, defect rates)to measure team performance and project health.
  •  Quality & Process Improvement: Champion a quality-centric approach by analyzing engineering metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective/preventive actions to optimize processes.
  •  Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, escalations, and impediments through structured risk registers, root-cause analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  •  Tool Proficiency: Utilize Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint)streamline workflows, automate reporting, and eliminate data redundancy.
  •  Manage Stakeholder Communication: Publish clear, concise project status reports, dashboards,and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  •  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with engineering teams to discuss key areas of improvements, risk and improvements by supporting trends and impacts.
  •  Lead and manage a PMO team to reciprocate continuous improvement through effective gap analysis while adhering to standard practices.
  •  Work with stakeholders to adopt changes at team level for effective adherence by serving as a Change agent
